To offer gardening plots to the community and provide educational information about organic gardening, while supplementing community outreach programs and building new community relationships. We welcome those who are passionate about gardening the way nature intended.
What began as a Garden Club in 2011 has grown and evolved into what is now the Oldsmar Organic Community Garden. Nestled along Lafayette Boulevard inside Bicentennial Park, the club offers gardening beds to the community.
The Garden honors the city leaders who made the garden possible with the Janice Miller Medicinal Herb Garden, and the Jerry and Wanda Beaverland's Butterfly Garden. more...
Residents can become members and maintain a raised bed to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers upon securing the City of Oldsmar Recreation card, paying a yearly garden fee, and follow organic gardening principles to include contributing 2 hours per month towards Club functions or garden improvements.
